Blue Equity buys controlling interest in Cool Petroleum Jamaica

Louisville based Blue Equity, LLC has purchased a controlling interest in Cool Petroleum Holdings Ltd., the licensed user of Shell brands in Jamaica. The purchase price was not disclosed.
